Hotel D'Azeglio Firenze - Florence

The bathroom needs serious upgrades!!! Broken floor tiles in the bathroom, poorly maintained shower doors that don't close properly, and overall room degradation could use attention. Additional attention is required on communication regarding parking zone regulations!!!

We really enjoyed spending 3 nights here. We booked twin/double room and could use wake-up service, available in it. The service was excellent and the location was marvellous...

I had the comfort quadruple room, it was huge and neat. The location was perfect close to the river and the staff here was very very helpful. Moreover, it's adjacent to the cathedral and many local attractions👍

A pleasant stay with friendly vibes

The hotel boasts a fantastic location within walking distance to iconic sights. The staff was friendly, constantly going out of their way to ensure our comfort. Waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and delicious breakfast options made our mornings good. Letizia even helped us make reservations for local attractions, a nice touch.

Unfortunately, the bathroom had some maintenance issues, with aging fixtures and worn-out tiles that could use attention. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times, a slight annoyance .

I feel disappointed about this hotel. Its rating is absolutely not adequate to standard. The bed was very uncomfortable (floppy!)

the bathroom was a bit outdated, but the staff was super friendly, the wifi worked great, and the breakfast was amazing. it's right near the train station, which is a plus.

Parking about 700m from hotel . Lot of noise from the street. Very poor breakfast with 1 euro budget. Hotel needs serious renovation.

I really enjoyed my stay, particularly because the location made it so easy to explore the sights of Florence. The owner was helpful. The room was clean and had a cozy charm to it, though a bit of freshening up wouldn't hurt. The breakfast was a nice touch too, with decent options to start the day.

We loved the spacious room with air conditioning and the convenience of daily room service. The breakfast spread was quite enjoyable, with croissants, meats, and a variety of beverages. Letizia provided really good assistance, sharing local tips and marking recommendations on a map, made exploring Florence so much easier.

The hotel facilities in the room are good. It is good family apartment to live in.

The breakfast menu is very poor. The breakfast was not continental grade. There was no sliced bread, no beans, very little variety of fruits and vegetables to eat. Even simple things like Beans with tomato sauce,baked potatoes, hash brown patato patties were not there. Please imporve the breakfast menu. Must include all items mentioned above.
